Double Square Chamber as Anecoic Space

DoubleSquare
I received an email a couple of years ago from a man in Italy who had read my first book Interference and had begun to study the Santa Maria della Pieve cathedral in the town of Arezzo, Italy. He was preparing a presentation about the cathedral for an architectural seminar in that town and, in the process, discovered numerous golden ratios in the church's facade of arches. Well, this inspired me to find the floor plan and see what else I could find. Read More...

Designed after the proportions of the human body, the central Kodi Kambam (meaning "flag post" or "bridge") represents the male lingam and Cosmic Axis of Mount Meru. As such, it also represents the sacrificial yupa pole at the center of the temple's sacred space that later became the Christian cross. Read More...

Amurru and Yammu (Yahu)

Amurru
Amaru was (and still is) a prime deity of the Aymara people of South America. In Quechuan, Amaru means "snake" and it was depicted as a winged serpent with red crystal eyes and snout with the tail of a fish. Cognate with Mesoamerican Kukulkan and Quetzalcoatl, Amaru symbolizes lightning falling from the sky. The leader of the Incan people when the Spanish arrived was Tupac Amaru, meaning "Igneous Serpent" or "Fire Serpent" in the sense of lightning.*

Vedic Key Symbolism

Key
One of the chapters in The Venus Blueprint is entitled "Key to the Musical Mountain." It was a reference to the Rig-Veda symbolism of Mount Meru as a transcendental mountain, tree or tower that bridges Earth to the heavens. Not surprisingly, it is based on proportions related to the golden ratio or “divine proportion.” Read More...
